This allows business to be developed and grown with the support and security of Aber Group, removing barriers and de-risking the journey of being an entrepreneur. In 1988 ABER Instruments formed, inventing biocapacitance measurements for real time, online cell counting in biotech applications at the Centre for Alternative Technology in Machynlleth. ABER Instruments have since developed a range of biomass sensors which are the gold standard in bioprocessing, they are used widely for process development and control across the biopharma, biotech and brewing industries.
